Corrections Policy

How technical errors, implementation issues, and material updates are handled.

Last updated:

Accuracy Matters

ProdAI Stack publishes material about rapidly changing technologies, APIs, libraries, architectures, and engineering practices. Despite review and testing, errors or outdated information can occur.

We want meaningful errors corrected clearly and quickly.

What You Can Report

Corrections may involve:

  • incorrect technical claims or inaccurate code
  • broken or outdated APIs and configuration
  • misleading diagrams or experiment descriptions
  • invalid links, citations, dates, or metadata
  • outdated version-specific guidance
  • missing context that materially changes a conclusion

Minor stylistic preferences generally are not treated as corrections.

How to Report an Issue

Use the Contact page and select Correction. Include:

  1. the affected page URL
  2. the relevant section
  3. the suspected error
  4. the expected correction
  5. supporting documentation, test results, or references where available

Clear reproduction steps are especially useful for code and implementation issues.

How We Review Corrections

A correction may require us to check official documentation, review source material, reproduce code behavior, rerun tests or experiments, inspect the related Lab, compare versions, or consult additional technical sources.

We do not automatically change published material simply because an alternative opinion exists. Where trade-offs are subjective, the article may be updated to explain competing approaches.

How Corrections Are Published

Small spelling, formatting, or broken-link issues may be corrected without a formal notice. Material technical corrections should be transparent.

Where appropriate, a page may show its updated date, last technically verified date, correction note, and change explanation. We will not silently alter an important conclusion.

Code and Lab Corrections

If an issue affects a reference implementation, its Lab repository may be updated separately from the article. Code, tests, experiment scripts, README instructions, verification metadata, and the related explanation may all require updates.

The article and implementation should remain consistent.

Outdated Content

Historically accurate content can become unsuitable as current guidance. We may update it, add an outdated notice, mark verification as outdated, replace deprecated guidance, or archive the page.

Good-Faith Reports

We appreciate clear, constructive technical reports. Reports need not agree with our conclusions, but should identify a specific factual or technical issue that can be reviewed.
